  • Adam worked with artists at Art from the Streets, where he led a workshop on discussing one’s artistic approach with potential consumers. This session is featured on Daniel Doggett’s documentary Strength of the Heart. (February 2016)
  • Professor Patricia Roberts-Miller’s Rhetoric of Racism honors course at the University of Texas at Austin hosted Adam for a guest lecture on race and the Broadway musical. (December 2015)

  • Adam returned to the Texas Thespians Festival for a second year, leading workshops in musical theatre voice and pop/rock styles. (November 2014)
  • Texas Arts Project hosted Adam for a third-year guest artist engagement in musical theatre voice. He also worked with the students of Texas Musical Theatre Workshop at the University of Texas at Austin, presenting a master class on alignment, balance and breath for musical theatre performers. (June 2016)
  • Alexander Technique teacher Donna Martin co-lead a workshop with Adam for BFA students in the musical theatre program at Texas State University. (January 2011)
  • Adam presented a session entitled "Teaching Score Analysis for Character Development" at the Musical Theatre Educators' Alliance conference, held at NYU Steinhardt. (January 2010)
  • Adam returned to the Southeastern Theatre Conference (SETC) annual convention as a guest presenter on the topic of interpretive processes in musical theatre. (March 2006)
  • Two papers on narrative representation in musical theatre scores were presented by Adam at the Association for Theatre in Higher Education Conference in New Orleans. (August 2007)
